InternSentry Equipment, a subsidiary of ProMach’s Systems business, is seeking a Controls Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in electrical design, circuit analysis, and system integration. The role involves assisting in schematic design, troubleshooting electrical components, and supporting internal project workflows.

Responsibilities
Work with manufacturing teams to ensure proper implementation of electrical designs
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Assist in reviewing electrical schematics and updating documentation
Assist in designing and analyzing electrical circuits and control systems
Support the engineering team in developing technical documentation and wiring diagrams
Assist in the selection of electrical components based on system requirements
Support quality assurance efforts by analyzing system performance and identifying potential improvements
Gain exposure to project management and cross-functional teamwork as well as exposure to programming PLC programs specifically Allen Bradley Control Logix, CompactLogix, PLC and SLC, and use of Ethernet
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical or similar)
