Summer 2026- Global Events Intern

As a Global Events Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of Hasbro’s global events and brand marketing programs, gaining exposure to event management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of global events, brand activations, and experiential programs
Assist with event logistics, timelines, and task tracking to help ensure projects stay on schedule
Assist with on-site event preparation and post-event wrap-up, including documentation, feedback collection, and recap summaries
Partner with colleagues across Communications, Brand, Marketing, Creative, and external vendors to support cohesive event storytelling and execution
Help manage vendor communications, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
Help prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including presentations, briefs, agendas, and run-of-show documents
Bring forward creative ideas or inspiration decks to spark team discussion
Conduct research on venues, vendors, event trends, and best practices to support planning efforts
Track event metrics such as attendance, engagement, or feedback survey results
Support creation of post-event reports and insights to inform future planning
Help maintain shared project trackers, calendars, and documentation repositories
Contribute to refining internal templates, checklists, or best practices for events
Support basic budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, or purchase order documentation (with guidance)
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Global Events team as needed
Shadow team members during planning meetings, site visits, or rehearsals to gain exposure to different roles
Participate in post-event debriefs to understand decision-making and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program with at least one semester or quarter remaining after August 2026
Available to work full-time at our Pawtucket, RI location for the duration of the internship
Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity about events, experiential promotion, messaging, or brand activations
A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working collaboratively while also taking initiative when appropriate
Preferred
Experience supporting events, campus programming, or student organizations
Familiarity with basic project management tools, content creation tools, or presentation software
