Responsibilities
Work in a team collaboration environment with a customer Account Manager to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for our direct turf OEM customers and Hydro-Gear
Participate in vehicle development projects and assure the proper application of our hydraulic and electric products for the direct turf OEM market segment
Provide ongoing technical support to our direct turf OEM customers in the development, maintenance, and service of the application
Schedule on site visits with direct turf OEM accounts to discuss new development projects, current production applications, field service and warranty support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience
Strong technical hands-on aptitude
Great communicator, both written and oral
Willingness to work in an account team collaboration environment with scheduled travel up to 40%
Preferred
College degree in related technical, electrical, mechanical engineering field
