Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets in complex data lake and warehouse environments
Translate business questions into structured analytical plans
Deliver insights that inform marketing and merchandising decisions
Establish business metrics
Own self-service reporting solutions and dashboards
Measure product and feature performance
Partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, Engineers, and business teams
Provide analytics to guide product development
Build scalable analytics solutions
Explore integration of AI-enhanced services into reporting deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down business problems into data solutions
Strong SQL skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
3–6 years of experience
Experience prioritized over formal education
High-quality, accurate analysis
Ability to independently answer partner questions
Self-directed and able to work with minimal oversight
Preferred
Experience with AWS or cloud environments
Experience working in large enterprise organizations
