Responsibilities
Makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of current processes
Maintain strict confidentiality of information and job files as dictated by current HIPAA requirements
Flexibility to work overtime as needed by daily production inventory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership May research and contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers
Mid to high level computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of products
Professional with a minimum 1 year in a customer service and or data entry or related experience
