Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed
Input, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
Assist in basic data analysis and generate reports using Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, and basic formulas (v-lookup and pivot tables)
Create and format documents, including letters, memos, and presentations, ensuring they are professional and error-free
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Preferred
Prior office experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Redtail CRM
