Lean Six Sigma Manager
Techolution is the World's #1 AI Acceleration Partner and the inventor of BPA 4.0, an innovative AI platform. As a Lean Six Sigma Manager, you will act as a trusted ROI advisor to C-level executives, focusing on uncovering measurable business pain and validating its economic impact to drive transformation programs.
Responsibilities
Lead value discovery & ROI quantification: Conduct targeted, executive-level conversations to uncover true business pain (bottlenecks, rework, manual effort, compliance risk, fraud leakage, bonus-linked KPIs, opportunity cost). Ask hard, smart questions: “What is this costing you today?”, “Where is your biggest inefficiency?”, “What process is tied to your bonus / performance goals?”, “How much manual effort / risk is involved?” Quickly translate pain into quantifiable impact (FTE hours, $, risk exposure, speed-to-revenue) without lengthy McKinsey-style mapping. Use internal BPA Value Finder tools, calculators, templates, and frameworks to produce a Value Index or business case rapidly
Kill bad ideas — build trust: Confidently recommend against automating low-ROI or poorly scoped use cases — backed by math and data. Position polite “no” as consultative expertise → earn credibility that opens doors to better opportunities
Drive fast, surgical wins: Identify & prioritize high-ROI entry points that can be automated in 30–100 days with clear 2x+ ROI (leveraging our guarantees where applicable). Position short proof-of-value engagements (free validation, paid workshops, or rapid pilots) that prove capability and unlock phase 2/3/4 expansions
Own account expansion & farming: Turn one successful use case into 2–5 more valuable ones inside the same enterprise. Build multi-year transformation roadmaps based on proven value, not promises. Achieve net-new revenue through trust-based cross-sell / upsell (not cold outreach or feature lists)
Executive stakeholder management: Engage confidently with CFOs, COOs, business unit leaders, and IT executives. Translate complex automation concepts into clear business language tied to their priorities
Qualification

Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery and value realization for complex enterprise initiatives (AI, automation, cloud modernization, or large-scale transformation), including governance, risk management, and active course correction to protect ROI and margins
Deep expertise in ROI rigor and economic stewardship, with hands-on experience building upfront business cases, ROI and break-even models, payback calculations, and scenario/sensitivity analyses—along with the authority to enforce go/redesign/stop decisions early when initiatives fail to meet value thresholds
Strong record of account expansion and revenue growth, consistently identifying repeatable high-ROI use cases, scaling successful outcomes across functions or business units, and generating meaningful expansion through trusted advisory relationships rather than transactional selling
Hands-on command of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks to diagnose root-cause issues, eliminate waste, and optimize processes before applying automation or AI
Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite and senior executives (CIO, CFO, COO, BU leaders), confidently challenging assumptions and influencing decisions using data-driven insights and executive-level communication
Excellent financial and analytical acumen, including bottom-up effort estimation, cost and capacity modeling, margin protection, and scalability analysis
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent financial/process credentials) strongly preferred
