IT Manager - Epic Patient Access Suite

Responsibilities
Supervises staff including prioritizing and assigning work; assisting in the conducting of performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment
Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, external organizations and public representatives. Represents the organization at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities
Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Other Related business areas or equivalent work experience
Experience in business relationship management, strategy and roadmap development
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and business experience
Minimum of three (3) years Information Technology Leadership Experience
Epic Patient Access suite in one or more of the following: Cadence/Prelude/Referrals/Welcome/Hello World/Campaigns/Cheers experience and/or certification required
Experience supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
