Account Representative
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate products or services
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs to support product development and business strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows
