Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
Administering company benefits programs such as health, retirement, and wellness plans
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations such as COBRA and FMLA
Collaborating with internal stakeholders
Providing guidance on compensation and benefits policies
Analyzing data to make informed recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational goals

Required

Proven expertise in Benefits Administration and knowledge of COBRA regulations
Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making regarding compensation and benefits programs
Knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) policies and application processes
Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and advising managerial teams
Experience with HR systems and proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is a plus
