Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the operations team and the WMS elements with which the team operates, serve as a subject matter expert and continuous improvement champion
Hone and leverage an exemplary understanding of existing WMS systems and processes
Build meaningful relationships with WMS and other systems partners, driving improvement projects and regular communication to ensure that system potential is maximized
Assist in the exploration of new technology and capabilities, partner with leadership from multiple departments in the recommendation/selection/implementation of technology enhancements
Oversee and report on systems uptime and effectiveness across multiple campus sites
Qualification
Required
Three + years of technical experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
project management, and problem resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
experience in the 3PL industry strongly preferred
