Designer I - Engineering
REV Group, Inc is a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles for the fire & emergency and recreation markets. They are seeking a Designer I to design parts, weldments, and assemblies using CAD software, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
Design parts, weldments, and assemblies to meet department objectives using CAD and other software in accordance with ISO Design Process
Works with Engineers, Sales Engineers, Production Personnel to interpret design requirements, determine detail required, and coordinate design with other designers
Resolves design issues with Sales Engineering and Production
Uses CAD software to create designs and drawings
Ensures design meets specifications
Ensures design complies with NFPA standards
Verifies designs and drawings for accuracy and completeness
Works independently and with others
Performs other assignments under direction of Supervisor or Manager
Qualification
Required
An Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Must be proficient with 2-D and 3-D computerized drafting programs
0-2 years of experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to comprehend and verbally communicate in English
Preferred
Experience in sheet metal or mechanical design
