Architectural Coatings Senior TS&D Specialist

Responsibilities
Demonstrate and encourage a safe and inclusive work environment
Collaborate with the project teams, R&D, and commercial partners to drive the adoption of Dow products that solve market and customer needs
Analyze large data sets using analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, JMP etc.) to draw data-based conclusions and define clear value propositions for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and present technical presentations internally and externally and properly document all learnings (Project Learnings and CRI reports)
Provide regular updates on project status and progress to customers, sales, marketing and other stakeholders
Working safely in an laboratory environment, actively participating in company safety programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant required. Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or science related degree is preferred
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
Preferred
PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred
