Responsibilities

Define and document Reference Architecture for OpenShift deployments across multiple availability zones, including Routes, Storage Classes (PVCs), and Security Context Constraints (SCCs)

Provide technical leadership for refactoring legacy .NET Framework and Java Spring applications into containerized .NET Core/SpringBoot workloads

Design secure CI/CD pipelines using Harness with automated quality gates, compliance checks, and GitOps principles via Helm Charts

Develop "Parallel Run" traffic strategies leveraging Global Load Balancers (GSLB), Ingress Controllers, and SSL/TLS certificate management

Guide teams on cloud-native best practices, Agentic AI patterns (e.g., self-healing), Oracle/PostgreSQL migrations with CDC, and data integrity verification

Required

Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Helm, GitOps), database migration strategies (CDC, checksums), and observability tools

Excellent stakeholder communication for architectural decisions

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD

Familiarity with Splunk or similar observability platforms
