Responsibilities
Lead the Program/Project assigned and partner with the team and other key stakeholders
Ensure a comprehensive People Plan, Risk Management, conflict resolution, and Change Management approach throughout the program life cycle
Lead and motivate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Possess high level of stakeholder management skills with the ability to think strategically, while managing tactical details
Interface effectively with employees, leaders, and consultants of all levels throughout the organization
Manage budget, risk assessment, detailed planning, and execution of projects
Guide strategy and identify impacts while synthesizing requirements
Qualification
Required
Background: Biological devices experience required
10+ years in Medical Devices / Pharma / Bio
Master's degree in Mechanical or Biological disciplines
5+ years of project management experience with complex, time-sensitive projects
Project Management certification
100% on-site presence in Fort Worth
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, project managers and to communicate complex information clearly (written and verbal)
Identify impacts, synthesize requirements, guide strategy
Budget management, risk assessment, detailed planning, and execution
Deep understanding of pharma/biopharma industry and regulatory pathways (FDA)
