Clerical Assistant

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment, manage front desk operations, and assist with various office management tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries professionally
Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and route messages accurately
Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems with precision
Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication
Assist with data entry as needed
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions and resolving issues efficiently
Handle incoming correspondence, prepare reports, and manage office supplies inventory
Maintain phone etiquette standards and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors
Support administrative projects as needed to enhance overall office productivity
Qualification
Required
Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting for at least one (1) year
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with professionalism
Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
