Responsibilities
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support while designing and implementing complex Power Platform solutions
Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive business applications and data-driven insights
Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create effective business applications and provide data-driven insights
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that address their requirements
Stay up to date with the latest updates, features, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Qualification
Required
9 to 12 years of experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft enterprise application technologies (SharePoint, Power Platform)
5 to 7 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform
Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives
Must be willing and able to obtain a NASA Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)
Preferred
Understanding how to leverage Solutions and Pipelines within the Power Platform would be ideal
