The role involves contributing to product design and development, coordinating technical discussions, and supporting project planning and testing activities.

Responsibilities
Contribute to product design and development, including creating 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation
Support development activities such as design reviews, prototype builds, testing, and validation
Coordinate technical discussions and work closely with internal teams and external customers or suppliers
Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and open technical items
Prepare and maintain engineering documents including bills of materials, change orders, risk analyses, and technical reports
Support testing activities by preparing validation plans, submitting test requests, and reviewing results
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to innovation and product enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in product design or engineering through professional work or internships
Ability to create and interpret 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering specifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work through technical challenges
Familiarity with engineering development processes, quality standards, and cross‑functional collaboration
Proficiency with standard office software and strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
Preferred
advanced technical degrees
