Client Support Analyst
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a proactive Client Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally while handling a high volume of interactions and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless issue resolution
Support office operations by assisting at the front desk when needed
Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and handle document-related tasks
Provide an outstanding client experience from start to finish
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred
Legal experience is a plus, but not required!
