Responsibilities
Responsible for complete and accurate program information updates to the residency recruitment brochure and resident handbook
Verifies minimum requirements/criteria for candidate interview consideration; preliminary review of candidate files to establish level of qualification
Organizes selected candidate interview sessions, including the recruitment and assignment of faculty members
Conducts interview evaluation program to assist in the final ranking of program applicants
Submits accurate final ranking list for the National Residency Matching Program
Documents each resident’s records for the maintenance of current professional certification and licensure (i.e.: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, permanent M.D. and D.O.)
Creates and implements annual resident rotation schedule in compliance with all educational experience requirements mandated by the ACGME, AOA, RRC and OPTI (Osteopathic Postdoctoral Training Institution), including the appropriate assignment and arrangement of faculty preceptorship

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year experience in administrative support role
