Responsibilities
Manage multiple structural engineering projects from proposal through completion
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients on assigned projects
Develop scopes, schedules, and fee proposals for small to mid-sized projects
Coordinate internal staff and consultants to keep work moving smoothly
Review drawings, calculations, and deliverables for quality and completeness
Track budgets, schedules, and upcoming milestones
Communicate early when something is drifting (surprises are not always fun)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
~4–8 years of structural engineering experience
Prior experience managing projects and coordinating teams
Comfort communicating directly with clients and consultants
Organized, steady, and practical approach to work
Preferred
PE license (Oregon, California, or Washington preferred)
Master of Science or MEng degree in Structural Engineering preferred by not required
