Deliver frontline technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems
Work closely with systems engineering teams to support system stability and performance
Monitor system health, assist with load balancing, and make performance adjustments as needed
Provide support for database-related tasks and operations
Apply and maintain security best practices to safeguard systems and data
