Project Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Partner with Business Analysts to gather and define clear project requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to support change readiness and stakeholder communication
Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Training for successful implementation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and decisions
Understand key technologies involved in implementation and help translate business needs into technical deliverables

Agile MethodologiesProject ManagementPMP CertificationRisk ManagementCommunication SkillsProblem Solving

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or cross-functional environment
Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
Demonstrated experience managing risks, budgets, and resources effectively
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively

Preferred

PMP or Agile certification (ACP, CSM) preferred but not required
