Responsibilities
Support development projects from initial feasibility through completion and asset stabilization
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, attorneys, and municipal agencies throughout design and entitlement processes
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and development milestones
Track and report on project progress, risks, and key decisions
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including development pro formas, cash flows, and sensitivity analyses
Assist with acquisition underwriting and investment committee materials
Analyze market data, comparable developments, zoning constraints, and cost assumptions
Support financing efforts, including lender and equity partner materials
Conduct site and market due diligence, including zoning, environmental, and regulatory analysis
Assist with entitlement strategy and preparation of entitlement applications and presentations
Support coordination of public approvals, hearings, and community engagement efforts
Prepare internal memos, presentations, and development updates for senior leadership and investors
Maintain organized project documentation and development files
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, real estate private equity, construction, or a related role
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required
Solid understanding of real estate development processes, contracts, and capital structures
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
