Responsibilities
Providing leadership for Departmental Support services
Ensuring alignment with OSU/A&M System goals and compliance requirements
Delivering value, driving innovation, and building accountability and ownership within the team
Leading the departmental support organization
Overseeing all aspects of endpoint management, customer relationship management, and focused support
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centered digital services
Driving strategic initiatives
Serving as the primary point of contact for supported departments
Coordinating across multiple EIT groups and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Six years of related work experience, including experience in a supervisory role
Must possess a valid driver's license
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create processes, procedures, and analyze performance metrics
Experience providing on-site technical support to end users
Preferred
Bachelor's in a Technology-related field
Eight years of related work experience, including experience in a supervisory role
ITIL, PMP, HDI or related certifications
Experience managing a technology team in a higher education environment
