Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices
Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience with project management tools and software
Preferred
Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
