Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including summaries, presentations, and executive reports
Understands project objectives, and business value, from the user's point of view. Is customer focused. Builds trusted relationships with users
Experienced in planning and managing project scope, schedules, resources, budget, issues, and risks. Understands need and value of attention to detail. Proactively identifies and addresses project risks. Utilizes change management to control scope and communicate scope changes. Tracks and reports project progress, and forecast trends
Ability to organize, manage, and lead the project team to success. Supports project team members and colleagues. Builds strong relationships with colleagues and IT partners. Skillfully handles situations and creates positive outcomes. Demonstrates self-awareness. Provides mentoring and support to others in areas of expertise
Experience in a similar technical/industry. Demonstrates financial awareness. Working knowledge of analytical and problem-solving techniques and tools
Utilizes organizational and PMO processes and standards to provide consistent and excellent project management services. Understands the need and value to continually define and/or improve processes
Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors

Qualification

Required

Knowledge of project management through college studies or related work experience required
Experience with Epic
