Responsibilities

Update and maintain SAP Material Master data
Create and maintain Purchasing Info Records (PIRs) in SAP
Perform data validation, accuracy checks, and quality control
Support data cleanup activities related to rebranding (pre- and post–go-live)
Follow standardized procedures for master data maintenance
Collaborate closely with Procurement and Master Data teams
Ensure data consistency across systems and documentation

Qualification

SAP master data maintenanceExcel skillsMaster data experienceStructured workflowsAttention to detail

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume data entry and updates
Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
Interest in learning SAP master data and purchasing processes
Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation
Open to a temporary, project-based assignment

Preferred

Exposure to SAP (any module)
Experience with master data, procurement, or operations support
