Responsibilities
Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and technical leads to clarify functional and technical requirements
Lead application architecture remediation and modernization efforts
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code review for development teams
Support project estimation, productivity tracking, and delivery oversight
Design and develop application and database components using .NET, C#, MVC, EF, and SQL
Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and deployment automation
Analyze and optimize Azure environment usage and cost
Develop and support integrations with PALM and other enterprise systems
Create and maintain architecture documentation, design specifications, and technical artifacts
Ensure adherence to security standards, coding best practices, and zero‑defect delivery expectations
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing IT projects, change management, and mixed onshore/offshore teams
3+ years preparing executive‑level technical documentation
10+ years leading application development and implementation in Azure environments
10+ years architect/tech lead experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework
10+ years experience with ERDs, data modeling, and understanding business processes
5+ years Azure build/deployment automation and Azure DevOps (pipelines, triggers, repos)
Experience with Azure ASE, SQL MI, Azure Data Warehouse, APIM, ADF, ARM templates, Graph API
Experience with cloud/on‑prem data migration and batch processing
5+ years reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
5+ years Azure cost analysis and optimization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Florida State government experience strongly preferred
