Responsibilities
Perform electro‑optical testing using tools like oscilloscopes, OSAs, and power meters
Troubleshoot hardware and test failures on the production floor
Analyze test data to monitor yield, performance, and reliability
Improve test setups, parameters, and work instructions
Support operators/technicians and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D
Contribute to product transfer from R&D into manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on electro‑optical or optical test experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Test setup and running for hardware/electromechanical products experience necessary
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Comfort working directly with hardware and test equipment
Experience improving test processes, documentation, or training
Preferred
Exposure to automated testing or tools like Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB
