Start in 2026 SummerCareSource is a healthcare company offering a 12-week paid summer internship program for college students. The intern will support special projects and initiatives, primarily working with large amounts of data to enhance AI-driven solutions and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
Work with large amounts of transactional data for reconciliation utilizing programs such as Excel, and Facets
Partner and work with our vendors to help coordinate and implement various AI initiatives
Take recommendations to tweak and enhance our various AI models
Identify potential areas of improvement and opportunities to leverage AI technology for existing processes
Use AI driven solutions, and work with an AI automation driven project
Other department projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
