This high-visibility role focuses on forecasting, pipeline analytics, CRM ownership, and enterprise deal/RFP operations.

Responsibilities
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
Build executive dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, deal size, and rep productivity
Provide insights on win/loss trends and performance drivers
Own CRM governance, data integrity, and pipeline stages
Support migration from HubSpot to Salesforce
Manage sales tool integrations and reporting
Manage RFP processes from intake through submission
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Security
Maintain RFP content library and track win rates
Help define and enforce the sales process from lead to close
Support onboarding materials and process improvements
Assist with quota tracking and compensation administration
Qualification
Required
3–10 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare-related B2B companies
Experience with HubSpot; migration to Salesforce underway (experience with both is a plus)
Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and executive reporting experience
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives such as RFPs, CRM rollouts, or process improvements
