Web Developer

PrimeLending is seeking a Web Developer to play a key role on the Corporate Marketing team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive web experiences. Responsibilities

Develop responsive, user-friendly web pages and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
Maintain, enhance, and optimize PrimeLending’s corporate website, as well as branch and loan officer websites, ensuring performance, scalability, and brand consistency across the full web ecosystem
Implement layouts, features, and updates based on design mockups, prototypes, and written requirements
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs, user feedback, and design concepts into effective, user-centered web solutions
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across multiple websites, devices, and environments
Ensure high-quality visual standards, accessibility compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital properties
Monitor site performance and apply SEO best practices, diagnostic tools, and optimization techniques to improve speed, responsiveness, and discoverability
Translate user and customer feedback into actionable enhancements that support engagement, conversion, and usability goals
Create and maintain functional requirements, technical documentation, and implementation guides
Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend scalable solutions aligned with cost, impact, and system compatibility
Contribute technical expertise to planning discussions, architecture decisions, and digital strategy roadmaps
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and front-end development best practices
Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
Work within enterprise platforms and tools, including Crownpeak, Salesforce, and Total Expert

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5–7 years of professional experience as a Front-End or Web Developer
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a strong understanding of how JavaScript and CSS work together to deliver responsive, dynamic user experiences
Hands-on experience with responsive design principles, mobile-first development, and modern layout and UI best practices
In-depth understanding of the full web development lifecycle, from design through development and deployment
Experience working with content management systems (CMS); experience with Crownpeak or other enterprise-level CMS platforms preferred
Strong knowledge of cross-browser testing, debugging, and optimization across multiple devices and environments
Familiarity with SEO best practices, technical SEO, website performance optimization, and analytics or diagnostic tools
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and the ability to implement accessible front-end code
Strong sense of layout aesthetics, usability, and user experience best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience with Crownpeak or other enterprise-level CMS platforms
