Senior Signal Communications Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide intelligence requirements management support to Space Force Staff, acquisitions, development, and operations requirements development. Assist the Government in meeting all customers' prioritized intelligence needs through the execution and management of established IRM processes
Assist Government technical leads with intelligence requirements activities to ensure proper advocacy, prioritization and management of collection and production requirements and processes
Maintain and track status updates of collection and intelligence production tasks and analysis projects utilizing the Searchable, Manageable, Accessible, Requirements Tracker (SMART) database tool. Perform SMART database quality control of products from analysis and production centers
Provide technical expertise and assistance in the submission of program requirements into the SMART database for SAP intelligence requirements. Manage requirements using intelligence community systems of records, to include Community On-Line Intelligence System for End Users and Management (COLISEUM) and National SIGINT Requirements Program (NSRP) capabilities to research and correlate existing non-SAP intelligence requirements to existing SMART SAP intelligence requirements. Maintain virtual linkage between non-SAP and SAP intelligence requirements to ensure integrity of ISR operations integration processes and goals
Assist with intelligence support analysis efforts coordinating IRM program overview and objectives with intelligence shortfalls to meet system lifecycle requirements
Conduct intelligence requirement reviews as needed with customers to maintain validity and accuracy of current collection and production requirements
Coordinate, collaborate, and de-conflict National-level tasking from multiple sources, to include non-traditional cryptologic partners as required, to ensure full integration and synchronization of collection capabilities to support customer intelligence needs
Coordinate with national agencies and other customers to understand intelligence needs for current and future requirements
Advise SpOC/S2Z and DEL7 leadership and IC partners on intelligence matters directly related to the application of National ISR capabilities against a wide range of intelligence needs, to include but not limited to SDA, space control and information operations
Use Space Force, Air Force, and National collection management processes and knowledge to deliver consistent and continual intelligence and collection management support to intelligence requirement customers, collection operators, production analysts, and mission planners to execute mission activities
Provide intelligence collection and production support for operations planning and execution, capabilities assessments, and refinement of DEL 7 Collection Plan (D7CP) for DEL 7 collection and production assets
Execute Government approved tasking and collection strategies and the allocation of high/on-demand collection platforms and advise the Government on the movement and/or placement of collection assets to improve collection results and maximize collection opportunities and throughput
Assist CMA and collection operations management by performing daily scheduling of SpOC/S2Z and DEL 7 collection and analysis resources. Utilize approved Government collection tools to track, schedule, and maximize collection assets. Apply knowledge of intelligence architecture and collection to task resources to satisfy operational planning (OPLAN), Combatant Commander (CCDR), USSF, AF and National cryptologic (Communications and Instrumentation) requirements
Perform requirements review to ensure requirement currency and successful execution of mission resources

Required

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Position requires TS/SCI, may be subject to a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph and SAP requirements
Have at least six years of experience in SIGINT ops support and signals analysis

Preferred

Knowledge of signals collection and management a plus
May consider Space operations support background instead SIGINT ops or signals analysis qualifications
Background with NSA processes preferred
Bachelor's degree desired, however multiple years of practical experience are preferred
CI Poly desired
