Responsibilities
Execute test cases (manual and automated) to validate new features, fixes, and product enhancements
Document, track, and thoroughly communicate defects/bugs discovered during testing, using our established issue tracking system
Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases from functional requirements
Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand product specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Qualification
Required
Execute test cases (manual and automated) to validate new features, fixes, and product enhancements

Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases from functional requirements
Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand product specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Must have experience working on Large/Complex Projects
Must have strong data mapping skills
In-depth understanding of Quality Engineering in Agile Scrum environments, including experience drafting user stories, using acceptance criteria to form test cases, story point sizing, and QA task creation best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
6+ years of solid experience working as a QA Tester / Automation experience is preferred but not required
Date Lake experience is highly preferred
Experience working in Insurance or Healthcare is a big plus
