Executive Coordinator and Backup Receptionist

They are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Coordinator and Backup Receptionist to provide administrative support to consultants and manage front desk coverage.

Responsibilities
Provide correspondence support and document preparation for DCG Consultants
Produce and format client-facing materials and presentations
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars
Assist with travel arrangements
Provide front desk and receptionist support as needed, including greeting visitors and answering phones
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
General knowledge of office operations and standard office equipment
Flexibility to adapt to changing administrative/receptionist needs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
