Responsibilities

Update the DAO (Digital Account Opening) library of flows and associated emails for Brio, Self-Serve DAO and Banker Led DAO

Use Curinos to create a competitive analysis of DAO features for ways to improve our DAO offerings

Daily scans of Voice of the Client reports to further improve DAO capabilities

Assist with DAO funnel analytics to help understand drop off and possible pain points

Required

Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
