Strategy and Operations Lead

The Strategy & Operations Lead will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, managing leadership meetings, internal communications, and critical processes while executing high-impact company events.

Responsibilities
Weekly Leadership Meetings - own the end-to-end process for weekly leadership meetings. This includes designing the agenda, hosting the meeting to keep it on track, recording actions, and ensuring follow through
Quarterly Business Reviews - manage the creation of QBR decks and materials. After the sessions, you will synthesize the discussion into core themes and strategic priorities to be shared with the wider business
Run the Quarterly Advisory Board meetings, which includes building out the agenda and coordinating with external advisors to ensure high-level engagement
Design and maintain a week-by-week internal communications calendar thinking three months ahead at any given time
Draft all internal communications on behalf of the CEO and COO, ensuring the company's mission and values are consistently embedded in every message
Lead the internal team in planning the Internal Summer Gathering. This includes:
Designing the content and theme of the event
Managing the allocated budget
Coordinating logistics to ensure a seamless employee experience
Manage complex calendars for the CEO and COO, prioritizing high-value business needs and protecting their time
Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, acting as a project manager to drive timelines and provide weekly status reports
Manage the recruitment pipeline for key roles and design the first month onboarding experience for new hires to maintain Stride's culture from day one
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to not just attend, but host and drive executive level meetings
Experience creating professional, theme driven decks and materials for QBRs and board meetings
Experience in planning corporate events (like summer gatherings) from ideation through to execution while staying on budget
Advanced skills in Google Suite, Asana, Slack, and Zoom
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to 'ghostwrite' for senior leaders in a way that feels authentic to the brand
