Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure components to ensure high availability and performance
Analyze logs for issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Collaborate with integration teams for system integration, troubleshooting, and support
Maintain and update documentation related to infrastructure, configurations, and changes using ServiceNow
Manage XML-based messaging components, including schemas and WSDL files
Ensure reliable data transmission through networking and messaging systems
Support basic database interactions, including SQL queries
Monitor system performance and capacity and recommend improvements
Participate in change management processes and coordinate activities through ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
Very strong experience with XML, schemas, and WSDL
Excellent communication skills for interaction and coordination with multiple teams
Proven log analysis and debugging experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management and documentation tools
Good understanding of networking, messaging systems, and data transmission protocols
Strong background in infrastructure support within enterprise environments
Basic SQL knowledge and experience with database queries
Preferred
Experience with enterprise messaging systems like MQ, Kafka, etc
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
Experience supporting or working with APIs and web services
Certifications related to networking, infrastructure, or cloud (e.g., CCNA, Azure Fundamentals)
