Required
Strong leaders and advocates for the adoption of Lean-Agile
Assertive about adoption of Lean-Agile processes
Enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits
Possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire and motivate
Self-taught and constantly updating information
Ability to think strategically and deliver both strategically and tactically on goals and deliverables effectively
Strong Team Player
Some programming and delivery experience
Showing proficiency in relevant programming languages
Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
Prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
Some background or coursework in Computer Science
Scrum Coach certification
Scrum Master certification
Lean/Agile Coach certification
Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
Preferred
Education and experience in the Agile Coach role and can apply Agile / Scrum principles, practices and theory in everything we do
Pragmatic ability to apply servant leadership (putting the team before self)
Robust facilitation skills and situational awareness
Ability to drive continuous improvement through transparency and learning
Exhibits a continuous learner mindset and is comfortable when faced with complex problems
Strong navigation skills and organizational awareness
Excellent communication skills
Coachable and open to feedback
Background or understanding of Technology Infrastructure Delivery and Infrastructure Engineering
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Copilot, Automation and Scripting
Pragmatic scripting skill set, understanding of Python or related skills
Understanding of Jira REST API and integration skills
