Responsibilities
Perform routine quality control testing at various stages of production, including pH, specific gravity, viscosity, and detailed sensory evaluations (color, odor, appearance, texture)
Precisely observe, record, and document QC data, including lot numbers, material conditions, and physical observations, in compliance with GMP and GDP requirements
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while ensuring proper chemical handling, labeling, and adherence to safety procedures and department SOPs
Support critical GMP systems through sampling, testing, inventory management of reagents and consumables, and maintenance of a clean, organized laboratory environment
Participate in investigations, continuous process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality and laboratory efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing QC experience or Associate's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field with up to 5 years of relevant experience
Prior industry experience in a regulated environment strongly preferred
Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, basic statistical principles, and laboratory best practices
