Construction
Responsibilities
Support project start-up and closeout activities, ensuring systems and documentation are complete
Assist with submittals, schedule updates, change management, and procurement
Help track and process contracts, payment applications, and invoices
Participate in weekly project meetings, occasionally leading discussions
Review designs, specifications, and drawings for compliance and quality
Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to resolve technical or scheduling issues
Champion jobsite safety by modeling and supporting safe practices
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of construction experience (industrial electrical preferred)
Prior experience with an electrical contractor strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (experience may substitute)
High energy, motivated, and eager to take ownership
Thrives in a growth environment: comfortable building, not just maintaining
Strong organizational skills and time management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Dependable, professional, and committed to learning
Understanding of construction processes and documentation
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Comfortable working with project management software and tools
