Answer phones and provide professional customer service support
Manage orders via phone, email, or online portal
Organize invoices for processing and payment
Print UPS shipping labels and prepare documentation
Coordinate freight scheduling to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Maintain accurate data entry and order records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM software
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Reliable, outgoing, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
