This role focuses on reviewing high volumes of user-generated content and providing insights that inform product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Review and assess high volumes of content and creator accounts in accordance with platform policies and editorial guidelines
Handle sensitive or policy-adjacent content with consistency and sound judgment
Identify patterns, trends, creators, and edge cases related to content safety and quality
Summarize findings to support product and engineering decision-making
Provide editorial support to cross-functional initiatives with teams such as Policy, Product, Trust & Safety, and Data Science
Assist with documentation, tracking, and ongoing review workflows
Qualification
Required
Some experience with content review, data review, or moderation, preferably in a tech or platform environment
Basic understanding of platform policies and content quality or safety concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Preferred
Experience working with large datasets, content queues, or review tools
Familiarity with product initiatives focused on feed quality or content safety
Interest in how editorial and content insights influence product decisions
