Required

10+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go best practices
Experience working with distributed systems and scalable architectures
Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with Docker and containerization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment

Preferred

Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Exposure to event-driven architectures
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
