The Senior Facilities Field Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the studios operate smoothly and safely by managing day-to-day workflows, overseeing facilities operations, and driving operational transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the company-wide transition from regional to centralized facilities work order management, establishing new workflows, systems, and accountability measures within CMMS
Manage centralized facilities work queue processing thousands of work orders annually across locations
Build and implement performance tracking systems to monitor resolution times, vendor response, and cost efficiency across the entire network
Ensure critical issues impacting class operations and revenue (e.g., HVAC, equipment failures) are prioritized and resolved within 24-48 hours
Supervise and support Facilities Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Build team capacity to handle projected network growth and increasing work order volume
Monitor work order trends and escalate recurring issues to leadership; identify systemic problems requiring capital investment or preventive maintenance programs
Support asset management initiatives that protect revenue and improve client experience (eg, HVAC & plumbing performance)
Develop emergency response protocols and after-hours escalation procedures for business-critical failures
Partner with the Senior Facilities Asset Manager to translate long-term asset strategies into daily field execution
Collaborate with Studio Operations, Field Ops, New Studio Openings, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure facilities priorities are integrated, funded, and communicated
Partner with Director of Studios to uphold communication expectations, work order completion time standards, and adherence to studio facilities budgets
Work with New Studio Opening team to ensure new locations are operationally ready and transition smoothly into ongoing maintenance workflows
Develop and maintain SOPs for field maintenance processes, emergency response protocols, and vendor escalation procedures
Drive adoption of CMMS and ensure data accuracy across all studio locations
Track KPIs to continuously improve execution: completion time, vendor response rates, cost per ticket, emergency vs. preventive work ratios, repeat work orders
Create executive-level reporting on facilities performance, trends, and cost drivers
Manage emergency-service spend and provide monthly cost reporting with variance analysis
Oversee Facilities operations budget
Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic vendor partnerships, preventive maintenance, and process improvements
Manage relationships with third-party service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs; conduct regular vendor performance reviews

Required

4+ years of multi-site facilities leadership, ideally managing 100+ locations (fitness, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations preferred)
Proven experience leading operational transformations or centralization initiatives
Experience with CMMS (FEXA) or work order management systems; ability to drive user adoption and data quality
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive recommendations
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to travel regionally as needed

Preferred

Experience with HVAC systems management and preventive maintenance programs
Background in high-growth environments with expanding location footprints
Project management experience implementing new systems or processes across distributed teams
Budget management experience with P&L accountability
