Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise software applications
Partner closely with business and clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, evaluate system releases and new products, and recommend solutions that optimize processes, improve system utilization, and reduce operational costs
Apply advanced application and domain knowledge to perform workflow assessments, define functional requirements, and support system builds, upgrades, and enhancements
Lead testing efforts, manage incidents and changes, and provide on-call support for application-related issues
Oversee smaller projects or components of larger initiatives, coordinate application release planning, and mentor lower-level analysts as part of a cross-functional team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
5+ years of relevant application support or analyst experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree
Experience supporting software application builds, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
Proven ability to perform and document workflow assessments and translate business or clinical needs into functional system requirements
Experience developing and executing system test plans, including documenting test progress and results
Experience with problem, incident, and change management, including service request handling and on-call support
Demonstrated ability to manage small projects or components of larger projects, including coordinating application releases and implementations
Strong communication skills to effectively convey system issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
