Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic Store Labs team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the hardware and infrastructure components that power service requests, ensuring technical platforms are healthy and performing optimally.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with team to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes
Participates in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms, applications and infrastructure services
Develops design specifications and implement new hardware or infrastructure components according to requirements, specifications and standards
Perform maintenance on existing platforms or infrastructure components
Stays current with capabilities of platform and other infrastructure components
Works with Project Managers to resolve requirements gaps uncovered in design or within specifications or requirements
Prepares and shares technical documentation current for platform, service or infrastructure technical components

Required

5+ years of experience in technical operations or infrastructure engineering
Proven expertise in PC repair, server maintenance, and low voltage troubleshooting
At least 1 year of experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in a lab environment
