Perform mass fusion fiber splicing, including including ribbonizing 16-fiber cables
Complete fiber splicing, testing, and verification to project specifications
Accurately document all splicing and testing results
Label all cables, frames, and panels according to standards
Follow industry best practices and safety protocols at all times
Work efficiently under strict schedules and time-sensitive conditions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of fiber splicing experience
Data center experience required
Hands-on experience with ribbon splicing
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
