Responsibilities

Shadow Program Management staff and perform designated tasks in support of program execution
Assist with meeting preparation, including report generation/review
Prepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and support program review meetings
Assist in the archiving of documents

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Experience with MS Office Suite
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to learn
Ability to prepare presentations and brief personnel
